Going into the family business is a common career trajectory. But for seven-year-old Harpo, his work experience looks a little different from most.
The schoolboy is officially a clown-in-training, after joining his parents on stage for their circus variety show. Harpo's mum, Lil Tulloch, is a trapeze artist and performer, while dad, George Le Couteur, is a slapstick clown. They have been performing together across Australia and New Zealand since they met 14 years ago.
Now with Harpo in tow, Lil and George have turned their duo into a rambunctious trio, The Gagliardies.
