Playing the eternally cheerful (and sometimes meddling!) Kitty Forman on That ’70s Show was a career-making role for Debra Jo Rupp.

The now 72-year-old has continued to work non-stop since the hit show ended in 2006, with some of her TV credits including This Is Us and Teacher’s Pet. She even had a reunion with former co-stars Ashton Kutcher and Wilmer Valderrama on the Netflix series, The Ranch.

In a full-circle moment, Debra has returned as Kitty in the new sequel series, That ’90s Show, alongside her on-screen husband Red, played by Kurtwood Smith.

“I think that we both felt, ‘Yes!’” Debra says of the reboot. “Because it was a fun show to do. It was a great working experience, and we had each other, and we knew [we were] in very good hands.”

Janet Louise Hubert’s time on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air was marred in controversy. She played Will Smith’s Aunt Vivian on the first three seasons before being replaced by Daphne Maxwell Reid.

Janet Louise, 67, has since explained she turned down a contract offer hoping to renegotiate. She admitted there was friction between her and other castmates, including Will. They have since buried the hatchet.
