The timepiece's unique construction provides a subtle glimpse of the watch's mechanical heart, while ensuring excellent legibility of the dial's many indications. The white gold aperture frames of the onyx-inlaid retrograde date display, as well as the day, month and leap-year cycle, are each integrated into a cut-out in the sapphire dial.
