STAR-STRUCK JOURNEYS

UItra-exclusive VVIP events are all about access and excess - a feast of opulent cuisine and libation, a guest list so curated it could fit on a post-it, all nestled in exclusive venues. Harmin Kaur and Michael Lee, drawing on their respective backgrounds in banking and events, grasp the allure of these luxuries but what they envision for Stellaire's "specially curated experiences" is something with a little more soul.

"We want to highlight the story," explains Stellaire CEO and co-founder Kaur. "How the food got here is more important than the food itself. Whether it's chefs, winemakers, or performance artists, we want to be able to share their artisanal journeys."

Founded with Lee, who is also the CEO and founder of activation and engagement company Hustle & Bustle, Stellaire launched in March with a VIP dinner and preview of the much-lauded Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience at Resorts World Sentosa. They initiated the Stellaire L'Art De Vivre Series not long after with a one-night-only gala, which featured a five-course meal prepared by multi-Michelin-starred chef Yannick AIleno at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa.
