AMMA'S LEGACY
Feeling adventurous? Ammakase is a neo-Indian fine-dining concept located in the heart of the Central Business District. There is no set menu and executive chef Abhijit Saha curates each day's selection based on seasonal ingredients. The dishes combine traditional home recipes from the states along the coasts of India and Sri Lanka, with Japanese, French, Italian and Korean techniques. Choose from six-, eight- and 10-course meals. Dishes to try include the Jamnagar Pan Sear Garam Masala Duck (the chef's signature) and Vijayawada Grilled Pacific Rock Lobster.
