The theme for this year's celebration is A Lasting Vision, a motherhood statement that highlights Megaworld's transformation into one of the Philippines' premier developers.

Now on its 35th year in the industry, the property giant acknowledges friends and partners who have been integral to its journey.

Kevin Tan, CEO of Megaworld's parent company, Alliance Global Group, reflects on the company's evolution and the challenges it has withstood over the years. In a speech before the crowd, he expresses his heartfelt gratitude to the employees who contributed greatly to their success.

"Over the past three and a half decades, we have faced many challenges and achieved significant success. We owe much of our progress to the unwavering support of our partners across the country. Thank you to all of you," he acknowledges, highlighting the company's resilience and growth.
