"There was a defining moment early in my career when the pressure was relentless, and I found my health taking a back seat," she recounts. This, plus her two sons, served as a much-needed wake-up call, shifting her priorities as an established businesswoman and devoted mum. "It taught me that wellness is the true wealth that fuels our ambitions. Since then, I've seen self-care as non-negotiable it's the foundation that my productivity and creativity stand upon," she adds.
Her understanding of wellness practices has likewise evolved, or rather widened, over the years. In light of her hands-on leadership at DMark Beauty for 25 years now, it comes as no surprise that the company's proud arsenal has mirrored and shaped her views in one way or another.
