And the 38-year-old is also looking to recreate a winning partnership with the club’s head of recruitment Joe Taylor after the pair guided Banbury United into the National League North two seasons ago.
“I’ve taken the way I used to play – with fire and passion – into management so I’ll certainly wear my heart on my sleeve but I’ll also be cool and calm when it comes to making the right decisions,” the new Moors boss explained.
“I worked with Joe at Banbury and we did well. He was with me when we got promoted before he moved to Solihull so it will be great to be working with him again as we share the same beliefs and values.
