“At the minute there is a lot of relief,” Fylde manager Adam Murray, said: “Obviously, I am very happy, there has been a lot of work, time and energy that has gone into this. We are over the moon to get the promotion, especially as champions, and we will enjoy the night.”
It represents a notable achievement on the CV for Murray, who is back in the hot seat after his spell at Boston United boss six years ago.
