Amreli students strike first gold at Sattvik Food Festival

A team of 18 students from Dr Kalam Innovative School in Amreli travelled to Ahmedabad for the Sattvik Food Festival, hoping to sell products they had made at the school's skill centre. Little did they know they would end up generating Rs 4 lakh in sales during their first-ever public exposure.

These students wowed visitors at the traditional food festival with their creative and innovative wooden articles - from purses and pens to key stands. The students' beaming smiles were a testament to the overwhelming response they received in Ahmedabad. This success was a result of six months of hard work: training, designing, manufacturing, pricing, and honing their sales expertise to ensure their products would adorn clients' homes and offices.
