When Zhang Hongwei, 44, a Chinese national working as a Chief Mate on a Cargo Ship, suffered a heart attack, both doctors and an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based app turned out to be a lifesaver for him.
Zhang, who had no medical history of heart ailment, suffered chest discomfort, palpitations and perspirations while serving at the Navlakhi Port in Morbi and was promptly transported to an AYUSH Hospital there.
After initial health evaluations, he was transferred to Apollo Hospital in Ahmedabad.
