DP Desai, the Municipal Commissioner of Rajkot, has been transferred and appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA). Alongside his new role, Desai will also hold additional charge of the Gandhinagar Urban Development Authority (GUDA). Bhavya Varma, who was previously handling the additional responsibilities for both Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, has been relieved of these duties.
