The Gujarat Health Department's decision to call a special meeting today has raised many eyebrows and multiple queries among allopathy doctors and the Gujarat branch of the Indian Medical Association (IMA). The meeting comes amid the ongoing controversy over whether ayurvedic and homeopathy doctors should be allowed to practice allopathy or not.
Interestingly, sources said the entire exercise was happening due to the alleged influence of one Dr Kamlesh Rajgor, owner of Shri Yogeshwari Multispeciality Hospital in Ahmedabad.
