The land parcel would be on leasehold for 99 years, and the annual lease rent would be Rs 10 per sq m. Effective from September 15, 2024, the policy will be applicable for new allotment of development rights and land. The allotment of development rights will be in three categories -- Commercial DTA (Domestic Tariff Area), Commercial SEZ and Residential.
