'Need to set climate change agenda for the Global South'

Role of educational institutes in climate change policies, skill-set, and manpower

It is important (to include educational institutes) in the case of climate as we are all working on an agenda set by the global North, whether we like it or not. The proactive agenda will be a combination of producing new knowledge and educating people at the same time. Climate understanding and enacting the same requires the production of knowledge and universities like AU should train people to have a clear understanding of the same.
