An Ahmedabad resident has initiated legal proceedings against a Delhi-based pet relocation firm and an airline in Canada, following a distressing episode involving her two pet rabbits.
She has lodged a complaint with a local consumer court and sought Rs 25 lakh in compensation and Rs 2.16 lakh for damages due to negligence and procedural errors.
