Union Home Minister Amit Shah, on Thursday evening, inaugurated the newly constructed seven-storey Ahmedabad Police Commissioner's office. Spread across 18,068.45 sq. metres, the project was completed at a cost of Rs 146 crores. Shah also inaugurated the new Joint Interrogation Centre (JIC) virtually, which has 16 cells for men and four for women. He also threw open the Cyber Samarth initiative which will help victims of cybercrime get relief and speed up investigation.
