According to Knight Frank India's (KFI) latest report, 'Think India, Think Retail 2024', Ahmedabad experienced a substantial 30% year-on-year increase in the Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of its operational shopping centres. This growth propelled the city from 2.5 million sq ft in 2022 to 3.2 million sq ft in 2023, placing the city eighth in terms of total GLA. NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru are at the top.
