Gomati won the election, but has since quit after she was elected to the Pathalgaon assembly seat in last Vidhan Sabha polls. Both, Vishnu Deo Sai and Gomti Sai, are legislators from assembly seats that fall within the Raigad Lok Sabha constituency.
