The cowardly nurse, who refused to appear in the dock after her first trial last year, was forced to listen to Mr Justice James Goss KC's sentencing remarks as he handed her a 15th whole-life order.
He said the impact of her crimes had been "immense". He added: "During the course of this trial you have coldly denied any responsibility for any offences and sought to attribute wrongdoing to others. You have no remorse."
But after Justice Goss repeated she would spend the rest of her life behind bars, Letby cried out: "I'm innocent." She was sentenced at Manchester Crown Court after a retrial over an attack on a "very premature" girl identified only as Baby K.
The former neonatal nurse, 34, is already serving 14 whole-life terms for the murders of seven babies and the attempted murders of six others at the Countess of Chester Hospital between June 2015 and June 2016.
