Georgie David claimed the "vast majority" of Reform candidates hold such opinions.
She became the second Reform hopeful to endorse the Conservatives this week after a string of controversies.
Ms David, the candidate for West Ham and Beckton, said she believes the party leadership is "not racist" but that it has failed to "tackle this issue in any meaningful way".
Her move follows that of Liam Booth-Isherwood, who was standing in the seat of Erewash under the Reform banner, but also dropped out.
He said he had become "increasingly disillusioned" with the behaviour of the party, citing a "significant moral issue" within its ranks.
Speaking on the campaign trail yesterday, Rishi Sunak said candidates and campaigners for Reform openly express "racist and misogynistic views, seemingly without challenge".
The Prime Minister told reporters in Banbury, Oxon: "We've seen some appalling comments - candidates and campaigners openly espousing racist and misogynistic views, seemingly without challenge.
"That tells you something about the culture within the Reform Party overall [and] questions for Nigel Farage."
