Victoria, 17, vanished on September 19, 1999 after a night out with friends.
A huge hunt was launched when she failed to return home from a nightclub in Felixstowe.
Her body was discovered five days later in a ditch 25 miles away near Stowmarket.
Wright, who carried out a killing spree in Ipswich in 2006, has long been the prime suspect in Victoria's murder and has been repeatedly quizzed by detectives about the crime.
