A SMILING Freddie Flintoff joins England for a World Cup practice session but can't hide the scars from his horrific Top Gear crash.

The former cricket star is helping the team prepare for the T20 tournament in June.

He returned to the game last year following the crash in December 2022 and said he was "lucky to be alive".

Freddie, 46, was in the nets at Headingley, Leeds, ahead of a warm up game against Pakistan today.
