ONE of the young victims of a suspected triple killing has been hailed as a "beautiful soul" after her teen brother was charged with murder.
Giselle Prosper, 13, was found dead in a flat alongside her other brother Kyle, 16, and their mother, Juliana, 48, on Friday.
Police arrested Nicholas Prosper, 18, and charged him with three counts of murder, as well as a number of firearms offences.
Officers had been called to reports of "welfare concerns" at 5.30am on Friday before finding the three victims inside the flat in Luton, Beds.
