DANNY Dyer has told how he has lost a stone through intermittent fasting but sometimes replaces food with a pint of lager.
The former EastEnders star, who also revealed he took part in Celebrity Bake Off with a massive hangover, started the diet last April.
He revealed: "I've lost about a stone. For eight hours, I can eat and drink what I want as long as I fast for 16 hours and drink water too.
"People have said it doesn't work for them and I tell them they must be cheating.
"Ideally, you should break your fast with something healthy. Sometimes for me it's been a pint of Stella, which isn't ideal but needs must."
