ENGLAND star Phil Foden flew home from Germany yesterday for the birth of his third child.
The Manchester City attacker, 23, played in England's drab 0-0 draw against Slovenia on Tuesday night.
Hours later he flew to England to be with childhood sweetheart Rebecca Cooke, 22, who is due to give birth.
Foden has started all three England games at Euro 2024 and is expected to be back by Sunday, when the Three Lions play Slovakia in the last 16.
Yesterday, an FA spokesman said: "Phil Foden has temporarily left the England camp and returned to the UK for a pressing family matter."
In April, Foden and Rebecca revealed they were expecting again by sharing photos of the baby shower, which included a blue cake.
The couple also posed in front of a large blue and white balloon arch and LED letters that spelled "Baby Foden".
Foden's departure by private jet came as WAGs travelled to the team's remote base in Blankenhain to see players after Tuesday's match.
