RASMUS HOJLUND completed a Christmas miracle for Manchester United in a Boxing Day classic at Old Trafford.

The Danish striker scored his first goal in his 15th league appearance as Erik ten Hag's men came from behind to stun Aston Villa with an astonishing fightback that might just keep the Dutch coach in a job.

Three goals in 23 second-half minutes - including an Alejandro Garnacho brace - reminded people why this place was named the Theatre of Dreams.

Because for an hour it looked like another nightmare was unfolding for Ten Hag (right) and fallen giants.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe could have been forgiven for digging out the receipt for the £1.3billion he spent on his stake in the club.
