A DEVASTATING divorce and a careerending injury had turned former boxer and Strictly Come Dancing star Anthony Ogogo into a shell of man.
But his life has been transformed by taking on the mental and physical challenges of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Anthony, 35, a London 2012 Olympic bronze medallist, admitted he was a "broken man" after losing his boxing career and his wife, Casey Wicks.
But now, he cradles his 10-day-old daughter and declares he's finally "proud" of the man he's become.
Much of that he credits to the Channel 4 series he filmed last autumn.
He said: "I went through a messy divorce. I'd been with my ex-wife since I was 14. We got divorced when I was 34. So that's 20 years.
"I came out of the show physically broken [but] I learnt things about myself which I didn't expect to learn.
