THE family of missing teenager Jay Slater yesterday shared a photo of a possible new sighting, as his dad pleaded for help to bring him home.
The grainy image was captured by a webcam at 6pm on Monday last week - 10 hours after the 19-year-old's last confirmed location four miles uphill in the mountain village of Masca.
Yesterday, just yards from the alleged new sighting next to a church in Santiago del Teide, Jay's heartbroken dad Warren, 58, told the Mirror: "We need everybody to help us search.
Please, please, please... if anybody knows anything, just come forward.
"I just want him to be found. I just want my son back." Warren added: "It is a living hell. It's been a week now-a week of nothing so somebody somewhere must've found out something.
"I don't know if anything untoward has happened to Jay.
One minute he is here, next minute he's disappeared... I don't believe he's still in that mountain." Warren spoke out on day eight of the search, which was yesterday extended to other parts of the municipality where the teenager was last seen.
