THE British teen sentenced to a year's jail for having consensual sex with a girl of 17 has appealed for a legal U-turn, begging: "Please give me my life back. Let me go home."
Marcus Fakana, 18, sent the emotional message to the ruler of Dubai, where he is on bail pending an appeal.
Sex between people under 18 is illegal in the United Arab Emirates.
Marcus told the Mirror: "I've asked my lawyer to lodge an appeal and hope we can get an expedited hearing date.
