Lad needs more ops, year after our Staffie scalped him

A LITTLE boy "scalped" by a dog his parents bought on Facebook is facing yet more surgery, a year after the devastating attack.

The Mirror told how Vick Zidko, now seven, was saved by his family after their new pet sank his teeth into the youngster's head, neck and back last May.

He was left needing major surgery to reattach the tornoff piece of scalp which was found on the living room floor.

Terrified, the youngster cried: "Mummy, am I dying?" after the six-month-old Staffie struck.

His ordeal prompted South Yorkshire Police to issue a warning about buying dogs from social media adverts.
