Knife murderer probed on Roy Whiting jail stabbing

A PRISONER suspected of stabbing child killer Roy Whiting is a murderer who was obsessed with the horror film Psycho, the Mirror can reveal.

Andrew Light, who is serving a life sentence for knifing his roommate to death, has been linked to the February attack on Sarah Payne's killer in HMP Wakefield.

Whiting was left covered in blood after the frenzied stabbing inside the maximum security jail.

Now the Mirror can reveal Light is at the centre of the investigation, more than two decades after he stabbed his gay lover to death in the flat they shared.
