LEEDS winger Ash Handley is nicknamed 'Racehorse' for always being in thoroughbred condition.
And in the club's new documentary series 'Spirit of the Rhinos' - the England international tells how he has worked with his own nutritionist to get in the best shape of his life.
Handley dropped from 15 percent body fat to 10 percent ahead of the 2024 campaign to be leaner than ever.
Explaining how he did it, Handley explained: "I followed this plan with him, stuck to it quite vigorously, and it worked.
"I was just eating ritually, the same sort of stuff, every single day.
I didn't change or deviate too much from it "I probably sacrificed a few social occasions to meet my goals.
