SWIMMER Duncan Scott is ready to set Paris on fire this summer as the torch was lit yesterday to mark 100 days to the Olympic Games.
The Scot became the first ever Brit to win four medals at a single Games in Tokyo, with one gold and three silver.
This year he could be competing for six, as part of a 33-strong swimming squad hailed the "greatest ever" by Team GB chiefs yesterday.
Scott has qualified in the 200m individual medley, the 100m and 200m freestyle, the 4x200m and 4x100m relay, and the mixed relay team.
The 26-year-old is drawing inspiration from teammate Adam Peaty also selected after battling mental health and alcohol issues.
Duncan said: "I don't think Adam Peaty gets enough respect for what he has achieved.
"It was tough seeing him go through that mentally and physically. It's pretty remarkable to see him back to his best.
