ARNE SLOT admits his attacking options are wearing thin after confirming Diogo Jota is out until after the international break.
Jota (above) has sat out the last two games after picking up a rib injury when Chelsea's defender Tosin Adarabioyo fell on him in Liverpool's 2-1 win at Anfield (main pic).
He will miss tonight's Carabao Cup clash with Brighton as well as the Premier League clash with the Seagulls on Saturday.
The Portuguese forward will also sit out Tuesday's Champions League match against Bayer Leverkusen and the visit of Aston Villa the following weekend.
Slot's problems are compounded by the lack of fitness of summer signing Federico Chiesa, while Harvey Elliott (far right) is also out until end of next month.
