THREE car hire firms stand accused of using pressure tactics to rip off tourists.
An undercover probe by consumer group Which? found "shocking practices" by airport staff at Goldcar, Dollar and OK Mobility to get travellers to take out extra insurance.
Investigators, posing as customers, filmed interactions with the three firms at Alicante and Malaga airports in Spain.
The companies were chosen due to bad customer reviews and complaints made to Which?.
Investigators reported pressure tactics such as making untrue and misleading statements about existing cover.
