GRANT Shapps ditched a trip to the Ukrainian port city of Odesa because of a Russian missile threat.
The Defence Secretary was reportedly warned by UK intelligence during his trip to the war-torn country last week that the Kremlin was aware of his travel plans.
During his visit the Cabinet Minister said he was there to "raise the alarm to the democratic world we must make sure Ukraine wins this war".
