AS he made his first speech as Prime Minister exactly one year ago today, Rishi Sunak vowed to "unite our country, not with words but action".
But despite lots of promises on how he was going to make life better, he is struggling to convince voters that he deserves to stay in No 10.
From schools forced to shut over dodgy concrete to hospitals overwhelmed by record waiting lists, it feels like the country is broken.
It comes as a Redfield & Wilton survey shows just 29% think a vote for Mr Sunak's party will be a vote for change.
And with just months left before the country finally gets to have its say in a general election, let's mark his homework on that first year in office...
SLEAZE Grade F
After the chaos of Boris Johnson and Liz Truss, many Tory MPs hoped Mr Sunak would draw a line under the turmoil but he has had to repeatedly reshuffle his top team because of scandal.
Gavin Williamson and Dominic Raab, right, both resigned in bullying claims, while Nadhim Zahawi went due to a tax row.
Mr Sunak has faced his own problems, too. In January, he was fined by police for failing to wear a seat belt as he filmed an Instagram video in the back of a car.
And a Commons investigation found he had wrongly failed to declare his wife's shares in a childcare agency that will benefit from Government changes.
