A MUM accused of falsifying a DNA test and lying on her baby's birth certificate threatened to take the dad off the document of their first child, a court heard.
In a highly unusual case, jurors were told that Georgina Saville, 25, split up with ex-boyfriend Kyle Fitton, 26, when she lied about him not being the dad of her new baby girl in a bid to de-rail his legal bid to see them.
She said he wouldn't see her or his kids ever again and that he should take her to court, prosecutors allege.
