Llwyddwyd i gyflawni hyn diolch i'r gwaith o ailddatblygu'r cyfleuster gwerth £12.2 miliwn a wnaed gan Grwp Cynefin sydd â swyddfeydd yn Ninbych.
Gweithiodd y gymdeithas dai mewn partneriaeth â Chyngor Sir Ddinbych a Llywodraeth Cymru a roddodd £7.1 miliwn o'i chronfa Rhaglen Tai Cymdeithasol tuag at y gost gyffredinol.
Mae'r datblygiad carbon isel wedi'i gynllunio i ddiwallu anghenion pobl hyn yn Sir Ddinbych ac mae'n cynnwys 35 o fflatiau un a dwy ystafell wely yn ogystal â'r 21 fflat presennol.
Mae'r cynllun yn ymgorffori ardaloedd cymunedol fel gerddi, lolfeydd, bwyty a salon trin gwallt.
Bydd yr ail gam i uwchraddio rhan hyn y cynllun yn cael ei gwblhau yn 2025.
Cafodd uwch-swyddogion o Grwp Cynefin ynghyd ag aelodau o Gyngor Sir Ddinbych eu tywys o gwmpas y cyfleuster.
