A CONVICTED offender wanted in connection with his partner's death has been put on Crimestoppers' Most Wanted list with a reward of up to £10,000 for information on him.

Dating app user Richard Scatchard, 70, is considered a "risk to women" and is being hunted by cops after 61-year-old Kelly Faiers died at his home in Somerset on October 15.

A manhunt was launched after police went to question him about the alleged murder but found the property empty.

It was later revealed Scatchard, who also uses the surname Dunlop, has previously been convicted of sexual offences which saw him administer drugs to victims.

Investigators say he is "a risk to the public, specifically women he forms relationships with".
