AN AMERICAN mum is bringing her Taylor Swift superfan daughter 3500 miles to her Scottish gigs because tickets are "half the price" charged in the States.
Tracey Rennie, 58, from Virginia, is coming to Scotland with 20-year-old Rachael so she can catch the Eras tour at Murrayfield on June 8.
She said: "My daughter and I are huge Taylor Swift fans. We booked in Edinburgh because my husband attended Edinburgh University and we are familiar with the area. We were unable to get tickets in the US because of the exorbitant cost - if you could even get a ticket.
"When she was on tour last year, we were on vacation in Italy and missed her then. This will be our first time seeing her in concert"
