COVID INQUIRY.. SCOTS TRIAGE SLAMMED
"ABYSMAL" Covid triaging led to ill people being refused care while battling the virus, an inquiry has heard.
Alan Wightman, representing the Scottish Covid Bereaved group, told the UK Covid Inquiry of two young men, aged 28 and 31, who died after being refused medical attention.
Alan, who lost his mum Helen to Covid at a care home in May 2020, spoke largely about the treatment of elderly people living in Scots care homes.
