SCOTLAND'S biggest council has adopted the decriminalisation of drug possession as policy.
SNP councillor Allan Casey presented a motion to Glasgow City Council that echoes Scottish Government views and follows dogged campaigning by the Record.
Casey's motion follows a drop in the death rate that still left Scotland as by far Europe's worst drug death nation.
