D-day for Raab over claims of bullying

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak was yesterday handed Adam Tolley KC's long-awaited report after a five-month probe into claims about Raab's behaviour.

Despite spending hours studying the report, Downing Street was last night staying tight-lipped about Raab's future.

Tolley is not thought to have ruled on whether the Justice Secretary was guilty of bullying - but instead presented allegations made by people who worked for him and his defence to the claims.
