FLAMINGO Land's plan to build a theme park on Loch Lomond has been branded "well and truly sunk" after Scotland's eco watchdog raised flood fears.
Campaigning Green MSP Ross Greer said the intervention by the Scottish Environment Protection.
Agency (Sepa) had dealt a "devastating rebuke" to the controversial development.
The Record can reveal Flamingo Land's project to build a mega water resort on the banks of the iconic shoreline has been flagged by Sepa as being at serious risk of flooding.
