A MAN has been charged in connection with the death of a young woman who suffered horror injuries at a flat.
Phoenix Spencer-Horn, 21, was found dead at the property in East Kilbride, Lanarkshire, on Monday.
Emergency services raced to the scene where they discovered her body.
It is understood she suffered severe wounds to her neck and head.
Stunned locals watched as police cars and ambulances turned up just after lunchtime.
