Switch to Bayern in doubt as Kane considers his options

HARRY KANE’S potential move to Bayern Munich hung in the balance last night despite Tottenham finally agreeing a fee with the Germans. 

All three parties, Kane’s agents and the clubs, were locked in what were described as positive talks late last night in a bid to overcome issues over some of the specific payment terms.

Overriding that is a sense that Kane is going cold on the move Munich were convinced he wanted at the start of the week and could still commit himself to Spurs for the start of the new season this weekend.

Either way, the England captain is adamant he wants the matter resolved in time for the London club’s first game, which is against Brentford on Sunday.
