A REFORMED secret eater celebrated his 12-stone weight loss with a cardboard cut-out showing his old XXXXL frame.
Martin Bryan, 36, was just six when he began scoffing snacks in his bedroom to cope with bullying.
He began eating takeaways for his work lunches and binge eating treats to cope with grief after losing his mum when he was 20. By the time he turned 29, he was 27st 2lbs and a size XXXXL with a 63in waist and began having random fainting episodes.
Martin was told he was pre-diabetic - and enrolled in a local weight loss group.
In 10 months, he shed 11st and lost a further stone after excess skin removal surgery.
Four years on, he has maintained his new figure-15st 6lbs - and is now a weight loss coach.
Martin, from Glasgow, said: "My weight issues started when I was really young I was a secret eater, I would steal food and eat it in my bedroom.
