JANEY Godley's heartbroken daughter has opened up on the agony of watching her mum die as she receives end-of-life care.
Ashley Storrie, 38, has revealed the toll her mother's illness is having on her as she asked if it's bad that she "wishes it was just all over".
The 63-year-old was initially diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2021 but despite receiving treatment and getting the all-clear, the disease returned.
Last month, the comedian revealed she would be getting palliative care in a hospice.
In a heartbreaking admission Ashley said it was impossible for her to treasure any final memories with her mum as these moments "feel like things she doesn't want to remember or relive".
In a poignant post on Instagram, Ashley said: "Today I went to the hospice to see her and the little wall of cope I built crumbled to dust.
